Almost 5 Months!!

Mommy has been really sad lately. She thinks I'm growing up too fast! But I don't see what the problem is...

We went to church this morning! I love to get dressed up and go see my fan club! There are always more people watching me and ignoring the pastor!! I guess I'm better entertainment! Mommy likes to paint my toenails...can you see them? They're pink! (of course)








Now that I can sit up pretty well, I get to start eating different foods with a spoon!! So far I've tried green beans and carrots! YUM!




I LOVE MY FOOD!!!!!!!!





Sometimes they aren't fast enough and that makes me so angry!



Aphrodite loves my food too! She's always sitting there waiting for her opening...




She likes to clean my face between bites! Hey, that's my food!!!!




Well, I guess it's okay since I'm finished now!




At night, after my bath and before I go to sleep, Mommy (and sometimes Daddy) always reads to me! First I get to pick out a book....


I almost always pick Goodnight Moon! Sometimes I get to read more than one or mommy will read me a big girl book! But tonight Daddy was home and he wanted to read with me!

New Toys and New Tricks

I've been a little bored lately, those baby toys weren't doing it for me anymore! So we went shopping and got this cool new toy that makes sounds and lights up and has lots of fun things to put in my mouth!

And Mommy pulled her two old cabbage patch dolls, Morley and Betty, out of the closet for me. I heard there are people out there who think I look like them!

And as always, Aphrodite is always fun to play with! See how she lets me pull her ears??

But my favorite new toy is my toes!

Which I can now reach much easier because I can sit up by myself!!

And Mommy finally caught me rolling onto my tummy from my back! I've been able to do this for awhile but nobody ever saw it cuz I only would do it at night in bed! But now I want to get around the house and this is the fastest way!

A Visit with the Doctor...

I had to go to the doctor today....

I wasn't sick....they said it was just for a check-up!

And there were some new toys for me to play with...

But then this happened!!!

OUCH!!!!!!!!!

Blowing Raspberries! and Playing Games! and a special surprise!

Aphrodite is the best sister! She kisses me ALOT...sometimes I don't mind and sometimes I don't like it!

It's fun to play with Daddy! I like to pull his hair!!!

Today I played a game with Mommy and Daddy! We played UNO....I'm not really sure what to do, but those cards sure do taste good!!

I love to practice blowing raspberries! Isn't it funny???! (There are two different short videos)

Daddy is always trying to get me to sleep! Doesn't he know I like to play all day long?



Mommy plays with me too, even though we don't have very many pictures of it! But here's some of me wrestling with her! I won!!! (but Mommy says it's because I play dirty and pull hair and bite!)

And now for my special surprise....

I am learning how to scoot!!! I can get around all by myself! Better baby proof the house really well now, Mommy!
