Early Christmas with Grandma and Tia...and Santa!

My first Christmas was busy! First we had to put up a tree....but since all my toys are taking over the family room, we set it up outside!! It already has lots of presents under it!!

Then I got to play in the Christmas lights!! Which of course I also had to taste-test!! You never know what something is until you stick it in your mouth!

Decorating is lots of fun...but wrapping paper and bows are better!!! Grandma and Tia Adele brought over my Christmas presents from them early! They knew I wouldn't be here on Christmas Day and wanted to make sure I had lots of things to play with on my trip!

First things first...I had to try out all the bows!!

Then we could get down to the more serious business of ripping up paper!!!





I got some pretty cool new toys!! A new doll, a bus, a rollercoaster and a farm!!

There was one more important thing we needed to do before we left for Arizona....take a picture with Santa!!! I got all dressed up and Aphrodite got all dressed up and then we waited in a long line!

Just to see the big guy with the funny white beard!!!

Opening my First Christmas Presents!!

Christmas started a little early this year because we were traveling to Arizona for the Big day and mommy and daddy wanted to teach me to unwrap presents before we got there!

So a couple nights before we left they gave me this present!! It had a cool bow on it...I tried to eat the bow of course! Yum!!

I don't know what they were worried about though...I'm an excellent unwrapper!! It didn't take me very long to figure out that there's something good underneath all that shiny paper! (Okay...so Daddy helped...a little!)

And inside all that fun stuff...was a new pink horse to ride on!!! I got a pony for Christmas!!!

Daddy put it together for me right away so I could take it out for a test spin! Giddy up!!

That was fun!!!! BUT that's not all!! There was also a present that Mommy and Daddy couldn't figure out how to wrap, so I also got to try out my very first rocking horse!! Well, rocking unicorn!

All this and it's not even Christmas yet!!! I think I can learn to like this time of year!

Thanksgiving and I'm 7 months old!!!

For Thanksgiving I went camping for the first time! Here I am with some of my family and friends!

That's my friend Drew, and here I am with Uncle Ryan...I think he might need more practice carrying me!

I guess Mommy was taking a break from me....

And my uncles are always playing their guitars and singing...

But Auntie Beetle is always around to hold me!

Mommy didn't cook for Thanksgiving, but she did let me play in the pan and pretend to be a turkey!!
